Since all our products are digital in nature, all purchases are final once payment is completed and the product has been delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Delivery Issues – Exception

If you did not receive your product due to a technical error on our end (e.g., incorrect email, delivery failure), please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will re-deliver the product or resolve the issue at no additional cost.

This exception applies only to non-delivery situations and does not extend to change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or results not meeting personal expectations.

Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback after accessing the product may be treated as fraud and reported accordingly.
